About the Role
This is a full-time position where you will play a pivotal role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You will work closely with teachers and other staff to ensure that every child reaches their full potential in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide tailored support for pupils with diverse SEN needs.
Assist in planning and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons.
Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment.
Monitor and report on pupil progress to teachers and parents.
Work collaboratively with the wider school team to develop and implement strategies for individual learning plans.About You
Experience is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience as a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant, ideally in a similar setting.
A deep understanding of various SEN conditions and effective support strategies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, patient, and empathetic approach to working with children.
