What You'll Be Doing:
* As a SEN Behaviour Support Assistant you’ll be providing 1:1 support for a pupil with Down’s Syndrome in KS1
* Assisting with daily routines, engagement, and inclusion
* Supporting personal care and communication where necessary
* Working across classrooms supporting behaviour management strategies
* Running small group and 1:1 behaviour interventions
* Collaborating with SENCO, pastoral team, and class teachers
* Maintaining detailed progress notes and feedback
