As a SEN Behaviour Support Assistant you'll be providing 1:1 support for a pupil with Down's Syndrome
Assisting with daily routines, engagement, and inclusion
Supporting personal care and communication where necessary
Working across classrooms supporting behaviour management strategies
Running small group and 1:1 behaviour interventions
Collaborating with SENCO, pastoral team, and class teachers
