Opus people solutions on behalf of Cambridge County Council haev a exciting oppurtuntiy for a Sen Case officer with Tribunal experience to join there team.
This role will be fully remote.
In this role you will provide high-quality administrative support to the tribunal and ensure the smooth and efficient processing of cases. The Senior Case Officer will take responsibility for managing complex case files, liaising with parties involved in hearings, and supporting the tribunal in delivering fair and timely decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of complex and sensitive tribunal cases, ensuring they are processed accurately and within required timescales.
Prepare, review, and organise case documentation for hearings.
Ensure that all legal and procedural requirements are met throughout the case lifecycle, from intake to resolution.
Coordinate with relevant parties, including legal representatives, claimants, and defendants, to arrange hearings and ensure the smooth progress of cases.
