One of our SEN schools in the Channel Islands is looking for a passionate Class Teacher to join a dedicated team who are committed to breaking down barriers to learning.
This fantastic school supports a diverse range of students aged 11-19 with varying learning difficulties, including those with moderate, significant and profound challenges.
In this exciting full-time SEN teaching role, you can combine beautiful surroundings with a rewarding challenge, as you support students to learn and achieve. You will play an important part in delivering a curriculum across KS2 and KS1-ability SEN classes. You will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons that are tuned to the needs of individual SEN pupils, in an inclusive environment that is purposeful and secure.
A well qualified teacher, you will be passionate about using different approaches to learning, to help students grow in confidence to achieve their goals. You will need experience in an SEN setting, with strong classroom management skills.
This SEN Teacher role is a full-time contract role starting in January, until the end of the academic year.

Skills and requirements:
QTS
The right to work in the UK
DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
Experience teaching in a SEN School
An inspirational, motivated teacher with strong classroom management skills
Available to start in January.
