Salary: £31,650 - £43,607 Annually (FTE) | MPS 1+ (plus SEN allowance)
As an SEN Class Teacher, you will:
Lead a small, nurturing class of pupils with diverse learning needs
Plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessons that promote progress and enjoyment
Collaborate closely with a skilled team of SEN professionals, therapists, and support staff
Create a safe, positive and structured learning environment where every child feels valued
Help shape and implement individual learning plans to support each pupil's development
