Your Role as SEN Class Teacher:
Lead a small, well-supported class of children with complex needs including Autism, SEMH, and communication differences
Plan and deliver highly differentiated, engaging lessons aligned with EHCPs
Foster a calm, inclusive classroom using a therapeutic, positive approach to behaviour
Collaborate with parents, carers, and multi-disciplinary specialists to support each child's holistic development
Help shape curriculum design and school culture with opportunities to lead and pilot new ideas

We're Looking for:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Ability to reliably commute to Ware
