SEN Teacher - Rugby
Location: Rugby, Warwickshire
Part time/Full-time, Short term/long-term roles

Are you an enthusiastic SEN Teacher with a passion for transforming the educational experience of children with additional needs? Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting for experienced and dedicated SEN Teachers to work with our thriving partner schools in Rugby.
We work closely with a wide network of primary and secondary schools across the area who provide specialist education to pupils with Autism (ASC), SEMH, ADHD, and other learning difficulties. Whether your strength is in creating engaging sensory learning experiences or managing behaviour effectively in a therapeutic classroom environment, your expertise will be welcomed and valued.
These roles are perfect for teachers who are compassionate, flexible, and ready to inspire pupils with complex needs to reach their full potential.
Requirements:
QTS or QTLS (UK teaching qualification)
Experience teaching students with SEN in a mainstream or specialist setting
Ability to plan differentiated, inclusive lessons tailored to individual EHCPs
Confidence working alongside LSAs, therapists, and support teams
Strong understanding of safeguarding and SEND legislation
