A lovely specialist school in Headington are on the hunt for a SEN classroom assistant to join their team starting as soon as possible.

Looks after students with a primary diagnosis of Autism
Students are between the ages of 3 and 11
Supportive and friendly environment

Supporting the students with their needs alongside helping them manage their diagnosis
Ensuring the classroom is a fun and engaging environment
Helping the children manage and process their emotions
Managing any meltdowns by redirection
Facilitating any interventions
Supporting the class teacher
Supervising the classroomWhat you need to succeed as a SEN Classroom Assistant:
A positive attitude
Be enthusiastic, kind and compassionate
