The Role
As a valued member of the classroom support team, you'll work alongside teachers and the school's SENCO to deliver personalised assistance to children with a range of learning needs. Key Responsibilities
Provide targeted support to pupils with special educational needs.

About You
Experience supporting children with SEN in a school or childcare environment in the SEN Classroom Support role.
A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to learning.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
Reliable transport to and from Rowley Regis.
