SENCO - Full-Time, Permanent Location: London (Inner) Salary: £35000 - £45000 (Leadership Scale + Benefits) Contract: Full-time | Start Date: September 2025 Advert valid: 09/05/2025 to 16/05/2025 Are you an experienced and passionate SENCO looking for a new challenge? We are recruiting a dedicated SENCO to join a thriving secondary school in Southeast London, supporting an inclusive learning environment and ensuring the highest outcomes for students with SEND. You'll work alongside a strong leadership team and SEN department, committed to delivering quality first teaching and targeted interventions that enable all learners to succeed. About the Role This is a leadership position with responsibility for: Ensuring compliance with the SEND Code of Practice (2014) Leading the implementation of the school's SEND policy Accurately identifying and assessing SEND needs Developing and embedding inclusive teaching strategies Delivering high-quality CPD to teaching staff Monitoring and tracking the progress of students with SEND Leading the SEND provision and maintaining the SEND profile Liaising with stakeholders, including parents, governors, and external agenciesWhat We're Looking For QTS and a relevant undergraduate degree preferred National SENCO Award (or willingness to complete training) Proven experience in a secondary school SENCO or inclusion role Strong understanding of national curriculum priorities and SEND legislation Experience delivering staff training and leading on inclusion A commitment to improving outcomes for all studentsWhat's on Offer Leadership scale salary (Inner London) Performance & Loyalty Bonus Teachers' Pension Scheme (TPS) Wellbeing Cash Plan & Employee Assistance Programme Access to professional development via a leading CPD provider Flexible working opportunities Career development across a wider networkHow to Apply To apply or learn more, please contact Jared Bennett at: (url removed)
