Job Description
Are you an experienced SEN Teacher looking for flexible work across a variety of Birmingham’s special schools?
We are looking for a passionate and adaptable SEN Cover Teacher to support a number of special schools across the Birmingham area, providing high-quality teaching across a wide range of needs, including autism, PMLD, SLD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties.
This role is perfect for someone with proven special school experience, who is confident delivering differentiated lessons and managing a range of classroom behaviours. You must be QTS qualified and able to commit to full-time or part-time cover, depending on your availability.

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
* Experience working in a special school setting – essential
* Confidence in teaching pupils with a variety of needs and age groups
* Strong behaviour management skills and a nurturing approach
* Flexible, reliable, and confident working across different schools
