Early Career Teacher (ECT) Teaching Personnel are working with vibrant and inclusive SEN and SEMH schools located in Surrey. Job Description We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will have a genuine love for teaching and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our students. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to grow and develop their skills in a supportive and dynamic setting. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support. Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the wider school community. Person Specification Essential: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and registration with the Teaching Regulation Agency. Recent experience in teaching (including placements) within a SEN school setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
