We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will have a genuine love for teaching and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our students. Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the wider school community.
Person Specification
Essential:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and registration with the Teaching Regulation Agency.
Recent experience in teaching (including placements) within a SEN school setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Familiarity with the National Curriculum and current educational practices.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
