Lecturer - Inclusive Practice (EHCP Provision)
Location: South East | Wycombe Campus
Salary: £30,000 - £34,500 per annum (pro rata for part-time)
Contract: Full-time | 35 hours per week
Start: September 2025
We are proud to be partnering with a leading Further Education provider in the South to support their recruitment for a Lecturer within their Inclusive Practice provision, based at their Wycombe campus. This is a rewarding opportunity to join a dedicated team that supports learners with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), helping them achieve their goals and thrive in an inclusive, supportive environment.
The Role:
As a key member of the Inclusive Practice team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences tailored to the needs of students with EHCPs. Your focus will be on individualised planning, recording, assessment and reporting, while upholding the organisation's core values both inside and outside of the classroom.
In addition, you'll play a vital role in preparing students for their next steps, whether that be further education, supported internships, employment or progression within local authority provision.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver innovative, inclusive learning programmes that inspire and challenge.
Create schemes of work, lesson plans and assessment strategies that support personalised learning.
Address individual learning needs and creatively overcome barriers to success.
Line manage a small, high-performing team, supporting their development through appraisals, training and coaching.
Drive student success through effective leadership, working alongside academic and support staff.
What You'll Need:
Experience supporting learners with SEND and/or EHCPs.
A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one (support provided).
A passion for inclusive education and an understanding of how to motivate and engage diverse learners.
Leadership experience (desirable but not essential).
