Job Description

SEN HLTA - Southwark - SEN School - £120-£150 a day (depending on experience) - Full Time - Immediate Start

SEN HLTA - Previous experience working as a HLTA within an SEN setting required
SEN HLTA - Experience supporting pupils with autism, SLD, PMLD or complex needs desirable
SEN HLTA - Must be confident leading lessons, delivering interventions and supporting behaviour
SEN HLTA - Required full time ASAPHave you previously worked as a HLTA within an SEN school?
 Do you have experience supporting pupils with additional or complex needs?
 Are you confident leading learning activities and covering lessons when required?

The Role - SEN HLTA
 Seeking a confident and proactive SEN HLTA to support pupils aged 4-19 within a specialist SEN setting. You will work closely with teachers and therapists to lead small-group and whole-class learning activities, deliver targeted interventions and provide cover for lessons when required. The role involves supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties and associated communication needs. You will help pupils work towards their EHCP outcomes, promote independence, support positive behaviour and contribute to a structured and inclusive learning environment.
