SEN Learning Support Assistant – Greenwich
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs?
We are looking for a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming mainstream school in the Greenwich area.
Role:
Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language difficulties.
Working closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored support in and out of the classroom.
Helping students engage with learning and achieve their full potential.
Providing pastoral and emotional support where needed.Requirements:
Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (school or care setting).
A patient, empathetic and proactive approach.
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).Benefits:
