College SEN Teaching Assistant – West London | Immediate Start X3 days a week
We’re supporting a welcoming college in West London seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support post-16 students with mild SEN in a small, nurturing classroom environment, allowing for tailored support and strong relationships.
What’s on offer:

Support students aged 16–19 with mild learning needs

Work in small, focused groups within a supportive college team

Help learners develop confidence, independence, and communication skills

3 days a week initially with chance to increase, term-time role – immediate start available
