Job Description
I C Talent is currently recruiting a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a warm, friendly school located in Liverpool. This is a rewarding role where you will be making a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs.
Role Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with SEN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs).
*
Assist the class teacher in adapting learning activities to meet individual needs.
*
Encourage positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and confidence building.
*
Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
*
Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and external professionals.
*
Support with personal care where needed (training can be provided).
About You:
*
Experience supporting children or young people with SEN is highly desirable.
*
Patient, calm, and nurturing in your approach.
*
Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
*
A passion for helping students overcome barriers to learning.
*
Team Teached but not essential
