Job Description

SEN Learning Support Assistant – Watford Salary: £80 - £110 (dependent on experience) Contract Type: Full-Time Start Date: September 2025  We’re working with a specialist school in Watford that supports children and young people with autism and complex needs. The school is known for its child-centred approach, high staff-to-student ratio, and strong multi-disciplinary team. They are currently seeking a caring and committed SEN Learning Support Assistant to join the team on a full-time, term-time only basis. This is an ideal role for someone with a passion for SEN and a desire to make a real difference in students’ lives.
