Salary: £85–£95 per day (dependent on experience)

We are currently recruiting for dedicated and experienced SEN Learning Support Assistants to work in primary schools across Chelmsford. We have both long-term and day-to-day supply opportunities available, starting from September.
As a SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will be working closely with children who have special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH. You may be supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or within small groups across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
To be considered for the role of SEN Learning Support Assistant, you must have:
A minimum of 6 months' experience working within a school setting
A calm, patient and flexible approach
A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
Good communication and behaviour management skills
