Vetro Education is actively seeking highly motivated, flexible, and committed SEN Teaching Assistants for an immediate start at a specialist SEN school in Swansea.
This is a full-time, long-term, permanent opportunity where you'll provide vital support to young people aged 4-19 with autism, who may also have additional learning difficulties and behaviours that challenge.

Key Responsibilities:
Support and supervise educational games, sports, and craft activities.
Assist children with reading and other core subjects.
Prepare the classroom for lessons and create engaging displays of children's work.
Work with pupils in small groups and/or provide 1:1 support for children with additional needs.
Support teachers in managing class behaviour effectively.
Facilitate group activities and promote a positive learning environment.
What We're Looking For:
Experience and understanding of how to support young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
Previous school experience, ideally within an SEN setting.
References covering the last two years (no employment gaps).
A current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
The Right to Work in the UK.
