SEN Learning Support Assistant – The Role:
Supporting students with additional needs across the school
1:1 focus in the classroom
Collaborate with experienced teachers and SEN professionals
Being flexible working across other classes and year groups
SEN Learning Support Assistant – Qualifications required:
Teaching Assistant / SEND qualification or degree level of education
Education / care experience
Previous SEND / ASC experience is desirable
Calm, compassionate and proactive manner
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
