SEN Learning Support Assistant - Milton Keynes
Location: Milton Keynes | Full-Time | Immediate or Flexible Start

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join fantastic schools in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with pupils with a range of needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
Your Role:
As a SEN LSA, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional learning needs
Assist in delivering engaging, differentiated learning activities
Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to implement EHCPs
Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Help create a safe, inclusive classroom environmentWhether you're an experienced LSA or a graduate looking to build a career in education, this role offers a rewarding pathway into SEN support.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in SEN or a genuine passion to learn
Patience, empathy, and adaptability
Ability to build rapport with students and staff
