We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LSA (Learning Support Assistant) to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Southwark from September 2025. This permanent, part time role (29 hours per week) offers a meaningful opportunity to support pupils with complex needs in a thoughtful, child-centred environment.
This role requires someone who is calm, consistent, and committed to inclusive education. You will work closely with the class teacher and wider team to deliver high-quality support for children with a range of learning differences, including autism. A flexible approach and a willingness to adapt to pupils' individual learning styles are essential.
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous experience working as an LSA in a primary setting
Demonstrates a genuine passion for supporting children with SEND
Works effectively as part of a team and is open to professional reflection and growth
Understands the importance of communication, routine and sensory needs in supporting learners
Can carry out additional class-based tasks as appropriate to the role

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
