We are looking to appoint a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team on a permanent basis.
About the Role:
As a SEN LSA, you will:
Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs (including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties)
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
Help to create a safe and supportive learning environment
Monitor and track student progress, adapting support as required
Build positive, lasting relationships with pupils, staff, and families
About You:
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced working with children or young people with SEN (school-based or other relevant settings)
Calm, patient, and proactive with a nurturing approach
A great communicator who can build trust and rapport
Passionate about helping every child achieve their full potential
Eager to become part of a close-knit and supportive school community
Experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential - training and mentoring can be provided for the right candidate.
