Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant?

Have you worked within a SEN or mainstream setting, supporting students 1:1 or in small groups?

This role is ideal for someone who is confident working with students who have additional needs such as autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, or learning difficulties. You will play a crucial role in supporting the class teacher and helping pupils achieve their learning goals in a nurturing and structured environment.
As a successful SEN LSA, you will have:
Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN
A calm, patient and flexible approach to supporting individual needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners
