Occupational Therapist – SEN Specialist School
South London, Croydon
£33,000 – £46,000 per annum (DOE)
Full-time | Permanent | Term-Time Only
Are you an Occupational Therapist with a passion for helping young people thrive? We’re working with a fantastic specialist school in Croydon that’s looking for an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join their collaborative and forward-thinking team. This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a truly rewarding role, where every day brings a new chance to make a difference. You'll be supporting children and young people with a range of complex needs, helping them develop the skills they need to flourish in and beyond the classroom.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Delivering creative and effective therapy sessions tailored to individual needs
Working closely with teachers, therapists, and families to embed therapy across the school day
Supporting sensory regulation, fine/gross motor development, and functional independence
What We’re Looking For:
HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
Experience with children or young people, ideally in a SEN or educational setting
Strong communication and teamworking skills
A proactive, compassionate, and positive approach to therapy
