SEN Primary Teacher – Truro / Falmouth Area Full-Time | Planning & Marking Included | Immediate / Post‑Easter Start Are you an inspiring Primary Teacher with a passion for supporting children with additional needs? Teaching Personnel are working closely with a specialist provision in the Truro / Falmouth area, who are seeking a dedicated and motivated SEN Primary Teacher to join their team. This is a full‑time position with planning and marking included, offering stability and fulfilment for the rest of the academic year. About the Role You will be teaching a small group of primary-aged pupils with a range of SEN needs, including: Autism (ASC) Communication and interaction needs Social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges Cognitive learning differences Your responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering tailored learning based on the set curriculum Creating a calm, structured, and positive classroom environment Working closely with a highly supportive team of TAs and SEN specialists Using creative approaches to engage pupils and build confidence Tracking progress and adapting plans to suit individual needs This is a highly collaborative provision where you will never be working alone — the class benefits from excellent staffing ratios and strong leadership.
