About the Role
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join our friendly and supportive team at our inclusive primary school in Knowsley, Merseyside. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality teaching and learning experiences tailored to meet the needs of pupils with a range of additional needs, including those with EHCPs.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver personalised learning programmes to pupils with a range of SEND needs
Collaborate with class teachers, teaching assistants, and external agencies to support pupil progress
Maintain detailed records of pupil development and contribute to review meetings and EHCP processes
Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support home-school linksAbout You
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Experience working with primary-aged pupils with SEND (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or complex needs)
A thorough understanding of the SEND Code of Practice
A nurturing and empathetic approach to behaviour and learning
