Academic Appointments are supporting a SEN school based in Sheffield who are seeking a full time SEN Teacher with strong background in supporting and teaching Special Needs children. The successful candidate will join a dedicated team supporting pupils aged 5–11 with complex learning, communication, and social needs.
The ideal SEN Teacher will be willing and enthusiastic about making a difference to these children's lives and their education, and are passionate about being the best that they can be. The candidate will be someone who works creatively with the students to deliver imaginative and exciting learning opportunities.

You’ll work with small groups and individual pupils, planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons that promote:
* Emotional well-being
* Social communication and interaction
* Independence and life skills
Requirements:
* Previous experience of working with Pupils with a range of additional needs.
* Hold QTS or have a relevant teaching qualification.
* Team Teach (essential)
* Two satisfactory references.
* A valid DBS certificate subscribed to the update service, or be willing to obtain one
