Are you a passionate, nurturing, and experienced SEN Primary Teacher looking to make a lasting impact on young learners? Tradewind Recruitment is proud to be working with a well-regarded specialist school in Northampton, currently seeking a dedicated teacher to join their team full-time.
This opportunity is ideal for an educator who thrives in a supportive and inclusive environment, and who is committed to helping pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH.
You'll be teaching a small class of primary-aged children, supported by experienced teaching assistants and a forward-thinking senior leadership team. The school values creative, personalised teaching approaches and places emphasis on emotional well-being as much as academic progress.
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience working with SEN pupils, ideally within a primary setting
A calm, compassionate, and resilient nature
Ability to differentiate lessons and follow EHCPs
