Job Description

SEN / SEMH Teacher – Stoke-on-Trent Location: Stoke-on-Trent Pay: £160–£250+ per day (depending on experience) Start: ASAP / After Easter Contract: Full-time / Long-term The Role Teaching Personnel are working with specialist SEN provisions across Stoke-on-Trent, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including ASD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties. We are looking for qualified teachers who are confident delivering engaging lessons, adapting to individual needs, and supporting students who may require a more structured and nurturing approach. Key Responsibilities Deliver lessons across KS3–KS4 (subject specialism considered) Differentiate learning to meet a range of needs Manage behaviour in line with school policies Work closely with support staff and SENCOs Requirements QTS or equivalent Experience working with SEN or willingness to transition into SEN Strong classroom management Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply) What We Offer Access to specialist SEN roles across Stoke Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant Opportunities for long-term and permanent placements Apply now or contact Jordan at Teaching Personnel for a confidential discussion.
