Job Description
This is an exciting and busy environment with multiple priorities where work needs to be carried out efficiently, precisely and at a fast pace.
It is essential that you thrive in a highly pressurised and demanding environment and have a high level of resilience.
You will be required to provide a comprehensive, coordinated and efficient response to the SEND and represent KCC at SEND hearings.
We would love to hear from you if:
You are educated to degree level in Law or Education or equivalent qualification.
Have knowledge of policy and legislation relating to children's special educational needs and disability issues coupled with an understanding of school's needs and current trends in education.
Have practical experience in a relevant field to include working with parents/carers and schools in challenging situations.
