Job Description
Do you have a strong passion for supporting SEN learners. Do you have experience leading a team who support vulnerable individuals? You could have what it takes to lead a team of enthusiastic tutors and job coaches keen on doing their best to help SEN Learners aged 18-24 on work placements and into full time employment.
You would be working for a charity based in Islington who really put the learners first with a team who are determined to deliver for them. Your key responsibilities include:
Ensuring that the programme is delivered to the agreed curriculum.
Training and developing of your team.
Ensuring all records are kept up to date and accurate.
Being hands on around the service supporting learners.
Handling complex situations and needs.
Ensuring targets are met.
Building positive relationships with families, employers and other key stakeholders.
