Key Responsibilities
Provide tailored learning and emotional support to pupils with a variety of special educational needs.

What We're Looking For
Experience as a SEN Specialist supporting children or young people with additional or special educational needs.
A patient, proactive and empathetic approach to learning and behaviour support.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
A genuine passion for inclusive education and helping every learner succeed.
Reliability, flexibility and the ability to commute to Selly Oak.
