What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering tailored support to students with special educational needs, ensuring their individual learning plans are met.
Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals to create inclusive learning environments.
Monitoring and assessing student progress, adapting strategies to promote engagement and achievement.
Providing one-to-one or small group interventions to support academic and social development.
Maintaining accurate records and contributing to reviews of student progress.
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with children with SEN, ideally in an educational setting.
Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions, such as autism or dyslexia support.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to liaise with staff, parents, and external agencies.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting diverse learners.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, SEN-specific training, or equivalent).
