Who We're Looking For: - Someone with relevant qualifications (like NVQ L3 or equivalent) and experience supporting children with additional needs. - A great understanding of how children learn and how assessment can help move their learning forward. - Confidence in supporting children with different abilities, including those with communication challenges. - The ability to work with children, adapt to their needs, and help manage their behaviour in a positive and supportive way. - A team player who communicates well and has a genuine passion for helping children succeed. What We'd Love to See: - Patience, caring, and a proactive approach to supporting children. - A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in an inclusive environment. - Strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt to the needs of the school day. - A commitment to working collaboratively and making a real impact. So, if you're ready to roll up your sleeves and help make a positive impact, we'd love to hear from you!
