Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants to join a range of SEN schools in Dibden and nearby areas.
What the role involves:
Supporting pupils with a variety of additional needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD/SLD)
Working 1:1 or within small groups to help pupils access learning
Assisting the class teacher with planning, resources, and classroom management
Promoting a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
Helping pupils develop social, emotional, and academic skills
What we’re looking for:
Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals (school-based or otherwise)
A calm, patient and supportive approach
Willingness to learn and adapt to different pupil needs
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliability and a genuine passion for helping young people succeed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
