Support Students with SEN in Primary & Secondary Schools Across Cornwall

We're looking for SEN support staff to work across both mainstream and specialist schools in Cornwall - supporting learners with a wide range of additional needs including autism, speech & language difficulties, and SEMH needs.
Whether you're experienced in the classroom or you've worked in care, coaching, or behaviour support, we'd love to connect.
About the role:
You'll be supporting children 1:1 or in small groups, helping them access learning, build confidence and stay engaged. Some days are smooth. Others… not so much. But the difference you'll make? That's the part that sticks.
Key info:
Full-time and part-time roles available
Pay between £90-£115 per day
Ongoing support and free training
Roles available in primary, secondary, and specialist settings
