SEN Teaching Assistant (KS1)
Location: Cleveleys, Lancashire
Start Date: September 2025

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Cleveleys is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support a KS1 pupil on a 1:1 basis starting this September.

Your Role:
Provide 1:1 support to KS1 pupils with additional needs (e.g., Autism, SEMH, communication difficulties)
Adapt learning activities to suit the pupils’ individual needs and pace
Build trust and encourage emotional regulation, communication, and confidence
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement support strategies
Help create a calm, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Experience supporting individuals with SEN (in any setting)
A calm, patient, and proactive approach
A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3) is desirable but not essential
An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
