We are seeking a Behaviour Support Worker to join our supply team in North Tyneside. This role is perfect for someone with the confidence, creativity, and enthusiasm to work with young people who may find school life challenging. As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour, engaging pupils through supportive and inclusive approaches, and building strong, lasting relationships in a dynamic classroom environment.
The ideal Behaviour Support Worker will have:
Experience supporting students with Autism or other additional needs
