Job Description
Are you an experienced and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in the B10 area of Birmingham? I am seeking dedicated SEN specialists to support pupils with additional needs across our network of local primary schools.
What We Offer:
Daily, short-term and long-term supply roles
Opportunities to work 1:1 or in small groups supporting pupils with SEND
Competitive daily rates of pay (starting from £88.92 and upwards depending on experience)
Supportive consultants with local education expertise (Me!)
What We're Looking For:
Relevant SEN experience (supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, or other additional needs)
Specialist training (Team Teach, Makaton, PECS) is highly desirable
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
Flexibility and reliability
Previous experience in Primary Schools (preferred)
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
A positive attitude and a passion for making a difference in pupils' lives
