Job Description
This welcoming Ealing Primary School is looking for a resilient and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
The Role:
Support pupils with SEMH needs on a 1:1 and group basis.
Implement personalised behaviour and learning strategies.
Work closely with the school's pastoral team and SENCO.
Long-term, full-time role starting ASAP.

Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with challenging behaviour or SEMH students.
Calm, confident, and able to use initiative.

Must be available for the full academic year.
