Salary: £95 - £130 per day (PAYE, DOE)

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to join a highly regarded Special Needs School in Enfield, supporting pupils aged 4-19 with a wide range of severe and complex learning disabilities.
This outstanding school offers a warm, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every pupil is valued, celebrated, and supported to achieve their fullest potential through personalised and creative learning. You will work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and wider support staff to promote communication, independence, engagement, and wellbeing.
Your role will include:
Providing 1:1 and small-group support with individualised learning activities
Assisting with sensory, therapeutic, and developmental interventions
Supporting the development of communication, social, and life skills
Creating a calm, structured, and nurturing environment that enables progress
You'll need:
Experience supporting pupils with complex, severe, or profound learning needs
A patient, caring, and proactive approach to support
Confidence assisting with personal care or medical needs (full training provided)
A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
