SEN Teaching Assistant - Margate
 Start Date: January (Interviews held immediately)
 Contract: Full-time, Term-Time Only

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant all-through school in Margate.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience supporting children with a range of Special Educational Needs from 5 - 16 years old (e.g., ASD, SEMH, speech and language needs, learning difficulties)

Can build positive, nurturing relationships with pupils

Works well as part of a supportive and forward-thinking team

Is patient, resilient, and genuinely motivated to help pupils succeed

Can adapt support to meet individual learning needs across primary and/or secondary phases

Requirements

Previous SEN experience preferred

A calm, empathetic approach

Strong communication skills

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
