About the role:
• Deliver 1:1 and small group support for pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 who present with challenging behaviours
• Implement tailored strategies to help students manage their emotions, develop resilience, and engage positively with learning
• Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and external specialists to create and adapt behaviour support plans
• Foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels safe, respected, and empowered to succeed
• Track pupil progress, celebrate achievements, and adapt interventions to ensure every child reaches their full potential
