SEN TA with Specialism in Challenging Behaviours Are you a resilient and compassionate SEN teaching assistant ready to make a lasting impact? Teach Now is seeking a dedicated SEN TA with expertise in managing challenging behaviours to join a supportive and inclusive primary school in Ealing. This full-time, long-term role starts immediately and involves providing 1:1 support for students in Year 4 and Year 5 who require tailored behavioural and emotional assistance. About the role You will work closely with two Key Stage 2 pupils who exhibit behavioural challenges stemming from social, emotional, or mental health (SEMH) needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include de-escalation, emotional regulation support, and helping pupils stay engaged in their learning. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, high-impact situations and can bring calm, consistency, and creative strategies to help children succeed. What we’re looking for • Proven experience supporting pupils with challenging behaviour and SEMH needs • A positive, adaptable attitude with a proactive mindset • Confidence working independently and as part of a team • Experience in implementing behaviour strategies such as Zones of Regulation, de-escalation techniques, or Team Teach (preferred but not essential) Why work via Teach Now?
