SEN Teacher Assistant - Full Time - September Start - Long Term/Perm - West London, Chiswick
Are you a compassionate and dedicated Teacher Assistant with a passion for working alongside children?
We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teacher Assistant to work full time at a special needs school based in West London, Chiswick. This special needs school go above and beyond for young autistic individuals by providing them with a safe and vibrant learning community where they can work in smaller classrooms and be supported by a group of trusted professionals, encouraging them to unlock their full potential with confidence.
Teacher Assistant Responsibilities:
Maintain safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
Ensure a personalised approach to teaching support
Understand how ASD can create barriers to learning and how to overcome them
Encourage self regulation and independence
