SEN Teacher Assistant - Full Time - Special Needs School - Chiswick - September Start
An excellent opportunity has become available for a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to join a highly supportive and nurturing special needs school in Chiswick. This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about supporting young people with moderate learning difficulties (MLD) and contributing to a holistic, student-centred approach to education.

Role Highlights as a SEN Teacher Assistant:
Full-time position, Monday to Friday (term-time only)
Working 1:1 and in small groups with students across Key Stages 3 and 4
Supporting the delivery of lessons in core subjects and creative activities
Helping to implement personalised education plans and therapeutic strategies
Contributing to a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
Playing an active role in the day-to-day life of a close-knit school communityThe Ideal SEN Teacher Assistant:
Experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred but not essential)
A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships
A willingness to learn and work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
