SEN teacher Assistant - Full Time - September Start - Chiswick, West London - Temp to Perm
Are you a compassionate and committed Teacher Assistant with a passion for working with children?
We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teacher Assistant to work full time at a special needs school based in Chiswick, West London. This special needs school go above and beyond for young autistic individuals by creating a safe and vibrant learning community where each learner can thrive.
Responsibilities:
Maintain safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
Ensure a personalised approach to when supporting each learner
Understand how ASD can create barriers to learning and how to overcome them
Work on a 1:1 basis
Use positive behaviour techniques when showing support
